Description:

To provide high level presale technical support for company customers and partners in the MEA region, conduct pre-sale activities, POCs, RFPs/RFIs, design solutions for customer needs, train and assist local partners, perform professional services and network audits.

Requirements:

·         Experience of 5+ years as Technical System Engineer (Pre-Sale) as described up.  

·         Strong background in IP technology and internet protocols

·         Strong background in ISP environment and needs

·         Strong presentation skills and customer relations

·         Certification in Networking

·         Experience with network equipment (routers, routing protocols, firewalls, VPN devices, DPI devices, network management tools)

·         Experience in Linux/Unix, database systems – an advantage

·         Excellent human relations, customer facing.

·         Ability to design network solution for complex requirements

·         Extensive travel requirements (may include weekends)

·         Verbal and written communication skills

·         Fluent mother-tongue-level English and advantage

Education: Bachelor degree / equivalent is highly desirable.
