General Description:

Manages and coordinates all quality assurance activities within the company, including an analysis of quality assurance demands in the company, development and implementation of quality assurance arrays, attainment of local and international standards ,supervision overall quality procedures, relation with external customers, leading improvement teams etc. Define goals within his scope and determine the ways and plans for their achievement.

Responsible for leading and directing measurable processes and quality improvements through the implementation of Quality Systems.

Education/Background:

·        BSc in Electrical Engineering, MSc an advantage

·        Hebrew & English – very high level in speaking and writing

Required Qualifications:

·        Applied experience with quality assurance engineering best practices.  Preferred Certification in Quality (CQE) Manager

·        Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

·        Knowledge of automated testing tools

·        Working knowledge of SW release tools

Experience:

·        At least 5 years of management experience

·        10 years of QA experience in the Hi tech sector in companies with product sales above $50m

·        Experience working with large manufacturing contractors

·        Experienced with HW/SW QA

·        Experience & knowledge of  communications sector – an advantage

·        Responsible for RMA analysis and Annual Failure Rate goal achieving

·        Responsible for Turn Key Contract Manufacturer processes (local & international)
